"Dickens of a Christmas" December 3rd - Winter Wonderland Cake Decorating (1p-3p)

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Everything needed to complete the cake as shown will be included. I will have some of the prep work done in advance to be sure this class is fun and moves along quickly. During this class, you will learn to level, fill and ice an 8" double-layer cake.  We will work together to mix up the green icing color and I will teach you how to fill and use piping bags, pipe three Evergreen trees, do a festive "sprinkle edge" and a fun ganache & sprinkle drip.  We will also jazz up the top of our cake with sugar sprinkles to make it sparkle like a "WINTER WONDERLAND".  I will provide everything needed to complete the cake as shown. This is a cake large enough to share with your family (serves 18-20). Join us for a FUN WINTER THEMED CAKE!!

*This specific class will include (1) green gel color, (1) icing tip, (1) coupler, one angled spatula, food safe paintbrush, festive sprinkles and scraper. {Your 'take home kit' items}.
